Beckie is a Texas Real Estate Broker and a professional, experienced property manager, with over twenty years experience working with individual Homeowners and Board of Directors for Homeowner Associations or Common Interest Community Associations in Houston.
She is also an qualified Loan Officer, licensed by the Texas Savings and Home Loan Mortgage Department. This additional experience goes a long way to help Buyers qualify for new loans and to assist Sellers through the Closing Process of Real Estate transactions.
In addition, Beckie is an approved Texas Real Estate Instructor. This knowledge puts her in the unique position to be aware of all new changes and/or additions to the Texas Real Estate License Act.
